Contact the special education department at your child's school.
Special Education and related services are available to all eligible individuals ages 3-through 21 years of age.

Helpful Information

Gather Needed Documents

Please provide the school with the following documents for registration"

Certified Birth Certificate or other proof of the child's identity

Original social security card for the child or state assigned ID number

Parent/Guardian appropriate photo ID such as a Texas driver's license or government issued photo ID

Proof of residency such as a deed, lease or mortgage agreement or a utility bill

Immunization Records

Protecting Sensitive Documents

Parents may upload a copy of the documents needed to the application or may make an appointment with the campus to bring in the documents.
